TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR COMPANIES WE ARE WORKING WITH
All Consignments are carried entirely at owners risk , Consigners should take out their own insurance to protect themselves against of the risk at their desecration on their own account.
Delivery to consignee will be effected as quickly as possible but TRIKUTA ROAD LINES will be responsible for delays , damage & loss occurred through condition beyond its control and or circumstances will also matter on the seals of containers also which we attach at the loading destination.
TRIKUTA ROAD LINES will be not responsible for the content of the package are delivered in same apparent condition in which they are tendered for dispatched by the consignor.
TRIKUTA ROAD LINES is not responsible for loss or damage, delay of goods by breakage, leakages, evaporation, theft and under weather condition. Strikes , protests, lockout, riots, civil or politics disturbances explosion, fire for accident to vehicle by which goods are transported to company's godown where goods are stored.
The consignor agree that no limit to fixed for the completion of transportation and that TRIKUTA ROAD LINES will be at full liberty to tranship the goods from one vehicle to another vehicle at TRIKUTA ROAD LINES's option and without incurring any risk or damages arising out of such transhipment the consignor also guarantees payment of current charges and or advance.
Freight and other charges if not prepaid are to be paid at the time of delivery or as said at the time of contract in written. TRIKUTA ROAD LINES has lien on goods carried for freight and other charges not paid.
TRIKUTA ROAD LINES has the right to re-measurement , re-classification and of collecting before the goods are delivered and any amount that may have been omitted of undercharges.
The consignor is liable for all consequences arising out of incorrect declaration of the contents of the consignment.
TRIKUTA ROAD LINES isn't responsible in the event of goods being detained or seized confiscated by appropriated GOVERMENT AUTHORITIES.
Dangerous and inflammable goods will be not carried and the consignor must correctly describe and declare the goods before loading.
TRIKUTA ROAD LINES reserve the right to refuse or accept goods for dispatch without assigning any reason.
No agent or claim etc will be entertained if not brought to notice of TRIKUTA ROAD LINES within 20 days time from the date of booking.
No agent or employee of the company has authority to notice after or modify value of any means of the provision for costs and Charges incurred therein.
Correct according to the make of the consignor should be unloaded by consignee. In the event of taking delivery of work packages the value damage by the consignee of such package is to declared by the consignee together with full description there of at the time of delivery of the package to the company.
If the consignment was not unloaded on reporting day or within next 24 hours of reporting then TRIKUTA ROAD LINES has right to add on charges as detention charges.
All the freight rates which are fixed at the time of contract may be change due to or depend on petrol/diesel price or toll taxes price or availability of vehicles.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE TRANSPORTERS WE ARE WOKING WITH
POD SHOULD SUBMITTED WITHING 30 DAYS OF BOOKING.
BALANCE WILL BE PAID AFTER 30 DAYS OF POD/LR/BILTY SUBMISSION.
TRIKUTA ROAD LINES HAVE RIGHTS TO HOLD 25% OF YOUR BALANCE IF WE HAVE LONG BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS.
IF POD/LR/BILTY ISNT SUBMITTED BY YOU TRIKUTA ROAD LINES HAVE RIGHT TO HOLD or REFUSED TO PAY FULL FREIGHT OF RELATED VEHICLE.
ANY KIND OF MISBEHAVED BY YOU , VEHICLE OWNER OR DRIVER WILL BE NOT ACCEPTED WITH TRIKUTA ROAD LINES OR WITH COMPANY AUTHORITIES FROM WHICH YOUR VEHICLE IS LOADING OR UNLOADING AND IN THAT CASE WE CAN HOLD YOUR BALANCE AND CAN TEMINATE FROM OUR SERVICES.
WE WILL PAY YOU DETENTIONS ONLY ACCORDING TO THE RULES OF CONSIGNOR AND WILL ALSO DEDUCT LATE PENALTY ACCORDING SAME RULES & REGULATIONS.
IF A VEHICLE IS GOING FOR LOADING IN EARLY MORNING THEN IT IS POSSIBLE THAT VEHICLE LOAD TILL EVENING IN THAT CASE WE HOPE DRIVERS/ VEHICLE OWNERS SHOW SOME PATIENCE WITH US OR CONSIGNOR PARTIES.
IF THE VEHICLE IS NOT UNLOADING AT DESTINATION POINT ON REPORTING DAY THEN DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE WILL WAIT TILL THE VEHICLE UNLOAD AND ANY MISBEHAVED DURING THIS PERIOD WILL BE NOT ACCEPTED AND IF WE FIND THIS KIND OF ISSUE THEN WE HAVE RIGHT TO BAN THAT VEHICLE OR ALL VEHICLE OF THAT TRANSPORTER.
